04-04-2025Used it for exactly 2 days, PC was idle and it suddenly turned off. Tried turning it off and on, different power outlets, unplugged cables one by one to see if there was a short, and nothing, just a click sound. Finally tested it with just the paper clip and an external fan, and same thing, just click. Swapped it out for another PSU I had around, and the PC turned on. Unfortunately this is not my first Corsair thats failed this soon, brother also bought a Corsair RM750 and died less than 3 months. Disappointed.

> 3 daythe psu makes a clicking noise normally when booting up but 3 weeks in for 2 days it started immediately shutting off after turning on with a double click noise but then it went back to normal. Besides that its extremely stable power wise and works extremely well for gaming.

> 3 dayI bought the 750w from EVGA. It tested positive and when I installed, nothing worked. I returned it and bought this. Guess what? It works. Switching to Corsair from now on. Very good brand you can trust.

Greater than one weekBeen using corsair for well over 10 years and over that time I purchased tens of thousands of dollars of corsair equipment. Owned my own computer store and sold hundreds of custom rigs with corsair power supplies, cases, watercoolers, ram, etc. All thats over now since they wouldnt honor a warranty on a H115i with a 5 year warranty when the pump failed 2.5 years in. First they told me to shake it (the pump is dead dead), so when that didnt work they refused to replace it. Other reviewers are right that they arent the same company anymore.

> 3 dayThe first one I ordered arrived in the Corsair box, everything looked like it was in great condition and it was really easy to install. I got it all hooked up and when I pressed the power button, the power supply made a popping sound and the entire room filled with a burnt plastic smell. Obviously the computer didn’t turn on lol.

> 3 dayI build alot of computers and Ive never has an issue with corsair psus. I prefer evga by a long shot. the cables are better and unit to me feels better. only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the cables. unit works great
