> 3 dayThis unit seemed to work fine for a couple weeks. I installed it along with my new GPU, but then had to leave for a trip for about four weeks. When I got back, despite having changed nothing, my PC started randomly crashing -- what was clearly a power-related hardware problem. GPU and CPU werent overheating. Cables were all secure. Windows event log had no errors recorded. Crashing would happen at random times in random scenarios, sometimes 20 mins after boot, sometimes 6 hours. Well, what can I even do? Buy a new power supply and see if the issues persist. Spoiler: they didnt.

04-04-2025My one dislike of this PSU is how thick some of the cords are, specifically th 24pin. Its a minor issue, as every other aspect of this is perfect. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayI wanted a fully modular PSU for a Optiplex upgrade. Corsair is a trusted brand and this was a good price. I used this for cable management, since I only needed 4 of the cables. Corsair PSUs are what they say on the box, you want 550w thats what you get with Corsair. I am going to do another build soon and I will choose Corsair for that one as well. Make your build easier and neater with cable management use a fully modular.
