Bought two of the 8 gb memory to build my own pc. Amazing product. No issues so far. The rough look of the memory makes it more interesting. Also, the exterior parts make it so easy to install as it can be placed in the slots where your fingers might not reach. Very durable. No issues as of today.

Got this memory today. One of the strips worked fine. The other was dead and in fact got very hot. I moved the strip from slot to slot, same result. One strip showed up in the bios; the other did not. Two existing identical strips continue to work properly, but instead of 32 gigs of memory I have 24. Not good.

Only thing is, the weird heat sink fingers may get in your way, so check the clearance. They never get hot anyway, I dont know why they need heat sinks. who overclocks their memory anymore anyway? Just make sure you buy matching pairs if youre going to do 32GB.

Worked great in my micro-itx box. Not much else to say. If you are looking for a nice 16GB then these work great.

Sono memorie abbastanza veloci in termini di latenze (anche se sul mercato cè di meglio) e di frequenze (1600MHz di stock). Da valutare sotto overclock, che non ho provato. Un buon kit da 16 GB.

This is a limitation of a 32-bit operating system. In Windows, the Windows memory manager is limited to a 4 GB physical address space. Most of that address space is filled with RAM, but not all of it. Memory-mapped devices (such as your video card) will use some of that physical address space, as will the BIOS ROMs. After all the non-memory devices have had their say, there will be less than 4GB of address space available for RAM below the 4GB physical address boundary. MacOS X Tiger and Leopard are both 64-bit operating systems and will not experience this problem. Neither will 64-bit versions of Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
