These made a HUGE difference to gaming/video editing performances! I had 16 gigs of ram and with the additional 16 gigs more, I experienced little to no lag on games such as Ark survival! Video editing was much faster and better. Thank you! A+++

So I get this CPU cooler and then this ram, this stuff comes with crazy claws on top of it with about an inch extra height. I was like, ohh cwap, do I have to do some dental work?

the pc is using 16gb os ram running windows 7, and i can handle at the same time 5 virtual machines running windows 2008 server with a virtual networks (gns3) without problem.

Pros: Blue, inexpensive, blue, reliable, blue, fast, blue, stable, blue, no memory errors, did I mention they are blue colored? Looking at these I can imagine they are my own little versions of the T.A.R.D.I.S. taking me to worlds and times that can hardly be described. But I digress. My apologies. Both sticks have worked admirably.

    Nicht viel zu sagen....

This is a limitation of a 32-bit operating system. In Windows, the Windows memory manager is limited to a 4 GB physical address space. Most of that address space is filled with RAM, but not all of it. Memory-mapped devices (such as your video card) will use some of that physical address space, as will the BIOS ROMs. After all the non-memory devices have had their say, there will be less than 4GB of address space available for RAM below the 4GB physical address boundary. MacOS X Tiger and Leopard are both 64-bit operating systems and will not experience this problem. Neither will 64-bit versions of Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
