Ive had no issues with this memory... its been working great in my Win7 home-studio machine. I added a quiet CPU fan to my system and it wouldnt clear the fins on this memory. I googled the issue and it turns out (believe it or not) that the fins serve little purpose in the cooling department and can be remove. (As tested by Toms Hardware, etc.)

Bought this RAM to upgrade my wifes computer as it was needed badly. Installation was simple and I have had a great track record using Corsair RAM. I have been assembling computers since 1999 and Corsair has been my go to for a very long time. I havent had any dead sticks(unless you count the time my power supply exploded and ruined the entire computer).

the heat spreaders are tall ,, make sure your setup fits it , i had an NZXT Phantom , my cpu cooler is the corsair h100i , it fits and the raditor is on top , only down side is i couldnt use a push pull configuration because the corsair fans will hit the Ram , but still excellent , unless im overclocking mad , the h100i is perfect without the fans. So keep in mind setup and profile

If your system still uses DDR3 ram, I can definitely recommend this. I put this in both of my parents computers, one of them being for 3D design work and it works great. The price isn’t bad either and if you still have DDR3 at the end of 2020, I wouldn’t spend too much on it cause you’ll probably be upgrading to a system with DDR4 in the near future anyway

Memoria de gran calidad, perfecta para el modding y para gamers. Combinadas en Quad Channel el rendimiento es muy bueno.

This memory is like putting that massive wing on your Honda Accord. The fancy heatsink is completely unnecessary, and only increases your risk of interfering with your heatsink or other components. Adding mass to your memory modules only increases your risk during moves / shipping as well. So back to the analogy of the win on the Honda Accord-- its only there to add punk-like pizazz to moms family car. It serves no real purpose.

I had to give this a single star because they sent modules with correct specs except for what mattered, which was the default timings. While advertised as 9-9-9-24, the modules I received are 10-10-10-27. Its otherwise a great product, but in my case useless for what I was doing. Returning it, since i already replaced it with RAM obtained locally

This is a limitation of a 32-bit operating system. In Windows, the Windows memory manager is limited to a 4 GB physical address space. Most of that address space is filled with RAM, but not all of it. Memory-mapped devices (such as your video card) will use some of that physical address space, as will the BIOS ROMs. After all the non-memory devices have had their say, there will be less than 4GB of address space available for RAM below the 4GB physical address boundary. MacOS X Tiger and Leopard are both 64-bit operating systems and will not experience this problem. Neither will 64-bit versions of Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
