Saw a couple other reviews that people put this ram in their XPS 1640, which is PC1067 mhz DDR3, but apparently would just underclock and run fine. My machine kept giving me BSOD, even after switching them around, etc.

Great product. Added this to increase the memory to 16GB.

I used this with my W520 Thinkpad. (This is using the Intel i7-2820QM processor.) They plugged in and are running fine. Got plenty of memory now. The Lenovo software correctly identifies the memory as 1600MHz Corsair. I read on a couple places to avoid Corsair, but I didnt have any problem at all. Ive got a total of 24GB now in my Thinkpad with all the SODIMM slots taken.

Works great, I had to re-sit it after the initial install.

Install it into my mac mini - it works just fine... So, its a good choice to make your mac smarter...
