> 3 dayThis DRAM is written as compatible for Asus X99 series motherboards on Corsairs DDR4 compatibility list, yet for Asuss list it is not on there. After installing 4 sticks (8GBx4), Windows does not recognize the additional 16GB. The weirdest part is that after restarting a few times, the OS finally detects the memory. Restarting again will make the additional 16GB disappear and sometimes it will even read it as two 4GB sticks! After trying everything, I am going to go ahead and go with Asus with this one and say 32GB is completely incompatible. 16GB seems to work fine, on the other hand.

> 3 dayI already had 16GB of DDR4 3000mghz Corsair vengeance ram sticks, I had bought a second set when they were on sale for a total of 32GB in my system. They worked great, the overclocking was really easy with my motherboard and they have a really low profile. Paired well with my I7-8700k. Productivity and gaming improvement was noticeable and well worth the money.
