Corsair is too greedy. I realized how greedy they are on their hd120 fans.You have to buy their commander pro to make the fans look like the pic on the box even if you bought the light node pro come with it. Now with the ram price, I learned it deeper. Yes their product may have good quality but if I have a choice I wont buy their products in the future.

What do I say? Actually, it was my mistake that Ive purchased Asrock X99 Extreme6/3/1 board for these kits. This board works with these memories up to 4pcs with BIOS ver. 1.0. If, however, it updates to 1.2, then the PC shuts down within 5 sec. Ive found a PDF file & written that my boards Corsair LPX memory compatibility is up to 2800[MHz]. Well, got to see the result since I bought G.Skill 3000, I wanna make sure the only memory compatibility issue reason or something else.

I received CMK16GX4M2Z3200C16, (its not specified when you order, they are just more expensive than the other Corsain Vengeance 16GB set - (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16). The ones I bought are also referred to as for AMD Ryzen.

Didnt work with XMP enabled and became unstable on an MSI Z170 mobo, but it wouldve been a minute improvement so no issues. Help up to this day (2023) but will be upgrading. Went through 2 sets of dead kits for this particular ram, but its from Amazon so easy return process.
