> 3 dayOne or both of the sticks are corrupted. Constant blue screens (which is like an antiquity on its own in the Windows 10 age). RMA process is a pain in the butt, like it involves calling then probably snail mail forms. Still have not the time to do it. Bought some new sticks as a stop gap because I really needed uninterrupted use of my desktop.

> 3 dayThis ram is not compatible with the AMD Ryzen Chips. When the box arrived, it shows Intel labels but no where on any of the other documents does it specify that this ram is not compatible with the Ryzen chips. This is really disappointing because this was a Christmas build for my Fiancee who is studying web design and has a computer that is dying at the moment. Ram is not cheap and I hope that I will be able to exchange this for a different model because it appears to be useless to me. I have heard that a possible bios fix would improve this but how can you update the bios when you cant even get the computer to run without memory??? I am not the best with computers but have built them before and upgraded the ram on several of the laptops that I have owned in the past, this is the first time that I have run into this compatibility issue. It is DD4 dual channel ram, without being an engineer, this is what I was looking for and if this product is very specific in its application range, that should have been made clearer.
