Bought this RAM about a month ago because 3600mhz is the sweet spot. Cant get it to run anything above 2666mhz. Ran Taiphoon Burner and according to the chips in this ram, it is not supported on anything above 2666mhz. Yes it is listed as supported on MSI website for the motherboard.

This is a great set of 2 8GB sticks of RAM. It was running at 2666Mhz before getting into the BIOS and using XMP profile 1 on the Gigabyte B550 Pro mobo, set at 3600Mhz and it has run flawlessly since then. Of course its only been a few days and Ill need to run some memory testing before I reach any final conclusions. My only issue is that I cannot control it with Gigabytes RGB software (RGB Fusion 2.0), but from further reading online, this is a problem with the software and not with the RAM so I cant really detract anything. The features of ICUE work well enough but it would be nice to get them all to sync up. At any rate, its quality I would expect from Corsair and I have nothing else to say!

Works exactly at advertised. But will not allow changes to RGB unless in ICUE software which means you will need to download another 3rd party software for control, but software has lots of great options.

Snatched this while it was on sale.I think it better then the port royals series because it’s a 3600 instead of the limited 3200.

Plug and play. Great looking and Fast memory. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Corsair knows what their doing.

I’m sure these are fine with Intel CPUs but stay away for AMD Ryzen. Have tested with with 2700x and 3600, and it runs with both but not stable or at rated speeds.
