> 3 dayThe 2933 was the speed that was compatible with the cpu I had purchased. I had a higher speed because I could not find the 2933 when I built this computer and that was not stable. I had purchased one pair of the 2933 at another vendor and was worried that being from another series they might give me trouble but they are working just fine so far. I have not restarted the computer since installing the memory and updating everything a couple of weeks ago and the system seems to be stable even though I have several high memory usage applications running. Hopefully that means problem solved.
