My motherboard is a ROG STRIX Z490-E And can easily support this ram, When enabling XMP mode (1) Or XMP (2) These sticks can only run 3400mhz max! If i try anything more my pc will just not boot into windows. And will take me back to Bios

Im not sure how to find my refresh rate but my system is screaming now
