Everything works out of the box and I did not have any troubles with enabling the XMP profile of this kit at all. However, I did try to tighten the timings, increase the frequency, and even increase the voltage in order to make this kit perform faster, but I still had no luck at all. Yes, the RAM chips are manufactured by Samsung, but I do not think these chips are B-die ones, so manual overclocking on this kit is highly restrictive. FYI, my mainboard is an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING and my CPU is an i7 8700K (overclocked to 4.9 GHz on all cores). Also, my previous RAM kit was the TridentZ RGB from G.skill with Samsung B-die chips, XMP ran at 3200 MHz, timings at 14-14-14-34 @ 1.35v. In short, I could not apply the settings from the G.skill kit to this Corsair kit, even with increased voltage of more than 1.35v.

I am using this in a Corsair Obsidian 500SE RGB case. The RAM looks awesome and clocks perfectly using the XMP profile. Perfect!

I usually don’t put a 5 star but this one deserves it after installing it, the ram looked beautiful with all the colors. Also 16 GBs

Compared to all other RGB Ram this is definitely the most vibrant and easy to use. the only down side is that it isn’t aura compatible so if you have an asus motherboard you have to use icue

Hatte mir diese Arbeitsspeicherkarten 8x bestellt also 8x16gb, was will man mehr, die Lichter (LEDs) sind super und mein pc der mir insgesamt 9481€ kostete rennt wie ein Schnitzel in urgestalt.
