I ordered this product as part of my personal new pc build. I assembled everything correctly and everything was working fine. After 3 months of usage I had several issues and blue screens on my pc as well as window update issues. After a thoroughly research and testing my hardware for issues I discovered that there was an issue with my computers memory. My motherboard was Working as a dual channel memory so I tried starting my pc using on one of the memory modules and then the other one. Using that I discovered that my pc couldnt boot with one of them and I finally found the issue. I contacted Amazon support and informed them about the issue. Since this product was under Amazon they send me a replacement pair in new condition. Trying those modules made my day. Everything was working as it should be. Overall despite my little adventure I am giving 5 stars for customer support.

Corsair Ram is usually more expensive because its has a good looking design, Works with lots of motherboards and most importantly RGB. Mine work perfectly paired with my 3700x on a B550 Motherboard. It works great with the ICUE software but it can be a bit slow when first starting up. Colors are bright and if your sick of it you can either dim it or turn it off. Overall great but expensive.

tired of seeing these noobs posting that its not a good product. its 95% the chance your build doesnt work with the ram. old motherboard using inferior CPUs, or bios with the wrong settings from ram in the past.

MAKE SURE XMP IS ENABLED! I keep seeing people make that mistake, and then they run ddr4 at 2133 standard speed which defeats the purpose of being faster memory!

The ram works fine as ram. The problem is the LED lights just dont work with Asus Aura sync. I have installed corsairs icue software and I can get the ram LEDs to work for a while but then, when I restart my computer, the ram LEDs doesnt do what they are supposed to. It all worked fine with my Trident ram. I dont know why corsair cant just let their ram be controlled by aura sync like other companies do. I can only suggest customers avoid this ram if they want LEDs that just work without installing more software and even then they just dont work properly. Im sick of trying to trouble shoot the problem.
