Did I need RGB RAM, probably not but this was a great choice. Its snappy, colorful, and was easy to install. It goes very well with my rainbow set up and thats ultimately what matters to me. Its also very bright if you are into that sort of thing. The price is fair, however, do make sure to check that the price is fair. This item often has price fluctuations.

Installed the ram into my current system and after enabling the XMP profile to get the speeds to 3600Mhz, it was very noticeably faster compared to my old RAM sticks.
