I used an entire order of this on packages I had to ship out. The truth is this stuff is not entirely reliable. It has its moments and uses but there was a weird chemical smell when using the tape that was off putting. Trying to use this to seal packages at least half the time showed the tape coming up from the boxes. This was on new AND used boxes. Many times I would use proven tape to complete the adhesion. It was very easy to apply with the included dispenser however which I liked. Overall I couldnt see myself buying this multiple times.

I think this is a great value, for the amount of tape you get! It is nice and sticky, adheres well, and the dispenser works perfectly. If you are moving, this is a great way to avoid multiple trips to the store for packing tape!

Use this for sealing boxes during a move. The tape literally would not stick to the cardboard no matter how hard we pressed/rubbed etc.

This looks like tape. It has a slight odor up close, but the rolls sit about 1 meter from my head, and I dont smell them, so thats the odor experience. It tapes! I used it for an outgoing package and I sealed it up and it was not simple to remove, so 5 stars for adhesion. If either the thickness is incorrect or the length is incorrect (or both are), then I feel like I dont trust the brand nor feel like this is a good value. For 2x the price I expect 120 yards @ 2.7 mil with Tape King, but this is either thinner OR shorter than advertised. 3 stars for value. Dispensing is no easier or no more difficult than your average tape. 4 stars for easy to dispense. Overall I give this tape 4 stars. It is perfectly functional, possibly not quite delivered as documented, and maybe slightly overpriced in the packing tape market for late 2022. Last time I got tape I got Tape King, 6 rolls 60 yards each for half the price of these. I never measured if I got the full 60 yards, so when I got this, I decided to measure. Short Version: I did some math and I am about 60% confident that this is 89.1 yards and not 110 yards. OR the tape itself is not actually 2.5 mils (0.0025 or 0.064mm) thick, but thinner at 2.25 mils but still 110 yards. You can see my math below. MATH I decided not to run the whole roll out, but used some math to see if we are all getting actually 2.5 mil 1.88 inch 110 yards of product. 1 mil is 0.001 inches, so this 2.5 mil tape should be 0.064mm thick. I dont have an accurate enough way to measure that, so lets assume this is true. The outer circumference of the roll is 374.94mm, while the outer diameter of the cardboard roll is 258.71mm, giving us an average circumference of 316.825mm. The thickness from the cardboard roll to the outer edge is 18.0mm. If we divide the total thickness by the claimed tape thickness of 0.064mm, we get 281.25 layers of tape. If each layer is about 316.825mm long, that gives us 89.107 meters of tape. Quite a bit shy, 11%, of the claimed length. The thickness from the outer edge of the cardboard to the outer edge of the tape would need to be 20.2 mm thick to come out to 100 meters. We may be getting short changed.

These really do stick well - I just finished some clear packing tape, and this tape is noticeably better sticking to cardboard that that was. The only issue I had was the cut end sticking itself back on the roll (dont you hate it when that happens). I easily found the cut end, but every time I tried to peel it up, it tore - I mean every time for 8-10 tries before I got it back off the roll in one piece. I didnt notice that the tape was fragile on the packages - not at all - so it may have had something to do with the serrated cut on the end of the tape. In any case, the stuff does stick very well - just dont let the end stick back to the roll...

This tape barely sticks and it rips when getting it off the roll. Spend a little more and get a name brand.

This clear packing tape was a breath of fresh air after messing with multiple dispenser/ tape combo packs and various types of tape. This lightweight dispenser and above average tape is worth every penny! I would absolutely purchase again but I expect this generous pack and sturdy dispenser will last for quite a while
