Cotton Weekender Travel Bag

I saw a lady in the airport with this bag and immediately fell in love. I had to ask her what it was and where she got it. When I got home I ordered it right away and was not disappointed when I got it. It’s very roomy and I can’t wait to use it.

Love all the space and pockets in this bag! Fit great in overhead compartment business class.

This is a handy bag to have around for trips. Its lightweight, but seems durable. Its also quite roomy. The inside has 5 open net pockets. The outside has 3 open pockets and two zippered ones(along with another open pocket inside one of those). Theres also a strap(that looks like a pocket at first) that will hold it onto certain luggage if desired. It all helps keep things organized(as long as you can remember where you put what). I have a few other items in this rainforest pattern and I find it soothing. Its colorful, but not bright. Ive been happy with all the Vera Bradley items I have.

Love this! One of my favorite weekender bags, its so spacious and has a good amount of pockets so that I can keep everything organized. I also really love this fabric print. Makes me feel like Its always summer. Plenty of space for all you need for a short trip. The long shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. The quality is what you expect from Vera Bradley. Its fabulous all around!

This is an awesome bag.  It is perfect for a weekend or several day trip.  It has a good variety of pockets in and out. It has the luggage strap in the side to fit on your roller luggage and carry it on.  I will likely not fly with this since its fabric and I dont want it to get damaged or dirty.  Were doing a lot of car trips though and this is perfect.  I would definitely order this again.  I have the Rain Forest Canopy print.  I have several items in this pattern and I love it. I would definitely recommend this and order again.

I got this to use as a carry-on during a flight. I was concerned it might be too heavy to carry but the shoulder strap made it manageable. I packed it pretty full of toiletries, tennis shoes some clothes & even my CPAP machine. I’ve only used it once but it has held up well so far. I also liked the strap on the bag that can slide over the handle of luggage. I really loved the design of the bag as well

The fabric: This is the recycled cotton line. I have an older Vera Bradley backpack that is signature cotton. As far as actually feeling the cotton and feeling the thickness and texture, the recycled cotton is exactly the same as the other Vera Bradley cottons. This material is recycled and thats about sourcing, but the actual fabric seems the same as Vera Bradley signature cotton. I got the Butterfly By print. The prints are quilted, like traditional Vera Bradley. The solid colors are not quilted, so just be aware that if you get a solid color in recycled cotton, then it will not be quilted.

let me start by saying ..i wasnt a big fan of this type of bag in the past but when i opened this i was like WOW!!!!!!! this is absolutely gorgeous.!!!! i ordered the blanket to match...it is so pretty..so if your on the fence about ordering this GO DO IT!!!! super pretty!!

First things first, this bag is HUGE. It is marketed as a travel bag and it absolutely functions as a substitute for luggage. this bag absolutely packs a punch has a soft carry-on that can hold anything you might want to bring along. You could easily use this bag for a long weekend away and still have room to spare. There is a slip pocket on the side for a water bottle or items you need to access quickly, and two very large zippered pockets on the exterior. The interior is packed full of mesh Pockets so that you can see what youve packed but still keep it organized.

Vera Bradley products are always high quality, and this Rain forest canopy collection is made with recycled cotton fibers, which I appreciate! The design on the collection has a quilted sewn pattern and features colorful flowers and leaves. The cotton Is soft to the touch and decently thick. The inside lining on the whole collection has a couple of different types of leaves and red birds which matches the overall theme. They all can easily be thrown in the washer if it gets dirty which I love!
