    This tool was brought to install Cove Base, but it wasnt necessary. So I guess I own an expensive cheese shredder.

This handy tool gouges the back of vinyl or rubber topset cove base to produce tighter-wrapped corners. The 5/32" wide blade adjusts for depth and can be sharpened. Cleverly designed.
