Im so used to using Liquitex paints but because of the reviews I tried this because I liked the colors. I wasnt happy at all. These paints were a huge problem for me. Perhaps it was because I had already started a painting with Liquitex and wanted to finish with the Craft Smart colors. Ive mixed brands before without a problem. Both I and my adult daughter (a talented artist) was extremely disappointed. These paints went on transluscent-like for both of us. The Craft Smart just would NOT lay on top of existing (dry) paint - no matter how many layers of paint we used. After trying for hours to work with the Craft Smart product we both felt our paintings were ruined. We were both ready to toss these. After a few days we decided to not let Craft Smart paint get the better of us and ruin our rare mother/daughter time together (she lives 3 hours away). So we ended up going back to Liquitex and started our paintings all over. Fortunately Liquitex easily covered the mess from using Craft Smart, but we had both become so frustrated with that brand and being forced to start over that it wasnt as enjoyable any more. I ended up happy with how mine turned out but my daughter was extremely disappointed because she wasnt able to complete her vision. She would normally have taken great pains to perfect her masterpiece, but this time she just wanted to get it overwith. What a huge disappointment. Sorry Craft Smart, I wanted to give your product zero stars but decided that ... perhaps ... MAYBE ... if we had used ONLY Craft Smart paint it might be okay. Maybe. But Im definitely not ready to try.

I really liked these paints. They can be used alone or with floetral. Great for beginners or advanced painters. Easy to use and easy to clean up before it dries. Ive recommend using these and the price is better than some other products that werent as good a this one

These paints were so good and easy to use. It was the perfect amount of thickness and glossiness and I definitely recommend them

i used them to paint a phone cas and my drawers and they havent peeled nor do they wash out he application was amazing and they werent opaque
