> 3 dayJust exactly what I needed for storeing and carrying some small power tools that I own. I believe these tool bags should work perfectly for me. Will let you know in the future if they hold up. Thanks. Terry

19-11-2024Great bags made very well. Hubby uses the smaller on for fishing gear, the larger one is for tools in the car. Great bags many uses.

> 3 dayThese are good little bags. The nylon weave is quite good and thick enough that you know it will last. the price on the two bags is hard to beat for the quality. I do wish they came with shoulder straps but I guess you have to draw the line somewhere to match price points. it would still have been nice to include points to hook an aftermarket strap. fortunately being nylon weave you can add a few rings for a strap with 15-20 min and some needle and thread. As for the bags themselves the large one I am able to fit a 7.5 inch circular saw into it without any issues and planty of extra room for a planer and more. The smaller bad fits a socket set, several screwdrivers vise grips and channel locks with a ton of other basic hand tools and it is not even close to full.

Greater than one weekI ended buying this item from Sears online, because the price was much cheaper than on Amazon. Since the local Sears didnt carry this, I had to drive 20 miles away to pick it up. I almost canceled because of that, but the cancellation didnt go through and I decided to just pick it up because the price was so good. The Sears sale price $12.34 was about $7 less than the Amazon price (which has come down), but I also had Sears points from some appliances I bought two years ago that I didnt even realize I had. The price ended up $5.84 including tax. Ive only had them for a week and havent taken them anywhere, but after examining them, they seem reasonably constructed. I have two bags, from Bosch and DeWalt that came with tools and comparing them with the Craftsman, my opinion is that the Bosch and DeWalt bags are better. The material seems a little thicker and although the construction appear similar, the Craftsman is a little flimsier. I also dont like the shiny interior plastic as opposed to the matte finish on the other bags. The handles on the Craftsman are padded which is better than the unpadded handles on the other bags. There are no inside pockets, only outside ones. Regardless of where you buy, the bags are a good value if they hold up.

> 3 dayNice bags but be careful not to pull on the zippers too hard. I pulled one zipper handle off. Thinking I could just bend the ring back onto the zipper itself I wasnt too worried until the hoop left on the zipper handle fell off completely. Apparently these zipper handles are not made of good metal. Just add a zip tie to the zipper, not that bad.
