Overall this is a good tape measure for your average person. its accurate and fairly good quality for this lower price point. I can stretch out about 6-7 ft. before it bends. The wind up is quick and it doesnt go flying everywhere. It could use a few more features, but I think its just fine for my needs. It isnt magnetic and doesnt have metric measurements, but the lower price point seems to make up for those short comings.

Caught this oldie but goodie on sale. Great buy and durable!
