Im hosting a Winter Festival for 48 children who might not experience Christmas like most of us do. When I received my first order of a case of 48 packs of 8 caryons. I received 12 individual packs of 8. Some of the pack were opened. I held a long live chat with a rep who could not or would not help me. At my request, she transferred me to a manager who looked at my order and my order history with Amazon. Bingo, no problem. The lady apologized, thanked me for being such a valued Prime customer and sent me the case of 48 packs of 8 colors. I received them today. Thanks

These crayons are true to their color. I used these as gifts for a coloring contest and they were a hit!

There was an empty box in the case of crayons. Now I am short for the Valentine’s Day party. Tried to report it but could only return the item and I am half way in to making the party favors for the kindergartners.
