> 3 dayI have been using the Capricorn Bowden tube on my Ender3 for months now. As soon as I got a new Ender5 Plus I ordered another. This set comes with a metal extruder and wheels for the printers action. Now Im set to print for a long time.

> 3 dayThe extruder feeder is the assembly that pushes filament through the Bowden tube and into the extrusion nozzle. The Ender 3 comes with a plastic extruder feeder. This is perfectly functional for the first month or two of operation. Eventually, this plastic extruder feeder breaks. Before that happens, its a good idea to replace it with an aluminum extruder feeder. This is the official aluminum extruder feeder. It is easy to assemble and comes with instructions. It comes with everything you need to replace the plastic extruder feeder. For best results, however, I highly recommend watching a YouTube video on replacing an extruder feeder. It took me less than 15 minutes to walk through a YouTube demonstration and replace it myself. One thing I noticed fairly qucikly was that the new spring had a high amount of tension. Barring a nozzle clog, this should ensure that all filament gets extracted and retracted at the proper rate. I found that this extruder feeder was overall an excellent replacement. Im glad I spent the time to perform this upgrade.

> 3 dayif youre having extruder issues try this before replacing the head i had prroblems with my cr10 smart and this fixed most of those problems deff worth a try printing way cleaner now. the stock setup isnt going to cut it you can tighten it but the way they have it setup the spring doesnt always backout when you loosen it i noticed so basically have to take it apart to l get the spring to backoff and its a pain to put together just make life easier and try this before doing anything else oh and get the upgraded bowen tube its blue cant recall the name tho sorry

> 3 dayI bought my son the Ender 3 for his birthday and unfortunately, it has had several issues due to the cheap parts that it came with - the stock feeder being the first problem we experienced 48 hours after using it. My son was cranking out prints, barely giving the printer time to rest, when it suddenly stopped feeding. I couldnt figure out why, read lots of articles and watched YouTube videos on how to troubleshoot, but none of the solutions applied. Finally, I figured Id just disassemble the feeder to see if I can see anything - and there it was! The bottom plastic piece was cracked, which wasnt allowing the pulley above to move freely. I ordered this component and its been a perfect solution. It was fairly easy to assemble - it probably took about 15 minutes, and as long as you pay attention to how you took off the old feeder, this feeder mounts in the exact same manner. However, there arent instructions, just an exploded diagram, which is only partially helpful as an installation reference. Since replacing, this component has worked flawlessly - wahoo! For the $12.86 it cost to purchase this part, it is absurd that Crealty doesnt include this as stock on their printers. For $12.86 with free shipping, Crealtys cost to make it has to be $2 or $3.

> 3 dayI got this because the stock plastic extruder feeder was giving me problems, only feeding properly about 50% of the time. This all metal one fixed all the problems I had
