Creative Grids Quilt Ruler 16-1/2in Square - CGR16

My first experience with a Creative Grids . I bought a large size so I can use it to cut many different block sizes.

Great ruler

This is my favorite roller for cutting. The large size ensures my fabric does not move around and the grid markings are very easy to see and follow.

Looked around for this square and this was the best price. Received the product promptly with no flaws. This was exactly what I was looking for.

I, too, bought this to use for tee-shirt quilts, as the size is perfect. Biggest problem with this ruler is storage! Hard to find a safe place for it.

Used it to square up my quilt blocks

I have lots of rulers. A good ruler is an investment. I had 14 cut size LeMoyne Stars on point that I did not have a large enough trim up ruler for. This block required proper alignment that can only be achieved with a square up ruler. I elected to buy this size. I doubt that I will ever try to wrangle a larger block than 16 (and this will get you there). If you are making large block sizes, you might want to consider 20 square up. This ruler allowed me to square my blocks up confidently and accurately. It is a good value for the amount of use that you will get out of it and the quality and ease of use/reading.

I needed this ruler to work on a T-shirt quilt and it was perfect for the job. I am very happy with this addition to my quilting arsenal.

Having a rule that stays in place while using a rotary cutter gives accurate cuts on fabric pattern pieces.

Exactly what I needed.
