Window candles need a slim enough bulb base to not split the candle top and this bulb does fit closely in newer candles. Very good fit. Coloring is good. Looks really nice inside and outside windows.

I would give these a five star review but, since I just started using them and dont know how long they will last, I have to conservatively give 4 stars for now. Very warm and inviting in my time period home!!

I really liked that theyre not super bright. Its more of accent or ambience.

I spray painted a 40-something year-old cheap plastic candle light fixture (you know, the ones you used to buy at the local dime store and they have since turned yellowish). Well, that glittery gold paint with these little jewels completely changed the look of the 5-candelier fixture. It may not get packed away after Christmas as I most likely will find another spot to use it. These light bulbs would look so pretty in a chandelier, especially if you like this rich amber glow effect. Good buy.
