The quality of the urn is great. It is somewhat heavier than expected and we really like the look and feel. It came promptly and with a small bonus pouch (which we never used). I loved the picture of the urn but was not sure how it would look in person...the item CNN looked nice but wasnt sure how it would be when I received it...it is absolutely perfect...its big enough to hold a small pet... I was able to have it engraved which made it much mor personal for me...very sturdy and well made... recommend highly
