Greater than one weekThe mat really makes a difference when using the easy press. It helps to pull the heat down and the HTV sticks well.

> 3 dayThere is one thing that we dont want in our attempts at making a nice shirt or other garment... is failure. HTV sheets aint cheap, so getting a good result every time is essential. This mat is king when it comes to what we need, CONSISTENCY. The mat provides fantastic consistency in terms of: - Surface: A large area thats just firm enough to provide a smooth surface and even contact patch for the press. No more using towels or fading your kitchen table. - Temperature: The inside layers make for even temperatures over the surface consistently. Towels, tables, and other surfaces can have wildly uneven heat absorption rates, causing poor adhesion in random places. The bottom stays nice and cool as well, so it wont harm the surface underneath with heat. - Moisture: Towels can provide inconsistent moisture wicking and dispersion, who knows whats in your pillow.. - Time: Since the mat surface is consistent in smoothness and temperature, press times can be far more accurate and consistent as well. This is incredibly important with multi color designs and hot peel tacking. All these variables added together can make for frustrating results. The mat takes out a lot of the guesswork and tweaking. The mat has nearly brought my Easy Press up to clam shell press consistency, 5+ color shirts are easy peaz.

> 3 dayHave only used 3 times as I have only had it a week but thus far I love it. Keeps moisture away from project. A tad pricy for what it is but that’s Cricut products in general. I have loaned it to a friend so she can try it before purchasing one.

> 3 dayI have the 12” x 10” heat press. Wound up ordering the 16” x 20” heat press mat as well for T-Shirts. The 12” x 12” heat press mat works well for youth sizes, baby onesies, and smaller projects.
