> 24 hourThe instructions that come with the tote say to insert the stand that comes with the EasyPress into the tote. I was unable to insert the 9x9 stand into the tote. I tried to contact Cricut customer service and I’m still waiting for them to answer after four days and today after almost 3 hours on hold. Now before I go any further, I have never had any other problems with Cricut and they did give me a disclaimer of 2 hours.
