Original penguin suitcases are of poor quality. I bought mine a year ago because it looked nice and I knew the brand.. After two bus trips the handle broke. Just got stuck. I contacted the company. First you need to answer a lot of questions, provide pictures and receipt. Then they promise that someone would contact you from the corporate office shortly. You remind them a couple of weeks later and they promise to call you soon. Then you give up and write this review on Amazon. I’m very disappointed.

Have used this 3 times traveling by air and it stood up well to the rigorous conditions luggage experiences with airline handling. Really smooth and balanced rolling and convenience features make this a great buy!

Previously had a suitcase that only had 2 wheels, so it needed to be titled in order for it to roll, which left me with painful wrists. Tried this on a recent trip, oh my goodness! This suitcase glides like its an ice skate on an ice rink. No more strain on my wrists!

We bought this for a trip to Europe as it fits the requirements for a carry-on in Europe. We have 2 of these. They were dragged around Europe for over 2 weeks and have held up well. We had no problems. The wheels held up well and were easy to push/pull around. You can also squish a lot of clothes in these things!

Great little suitcase EXCEPT the zipper broke half way through our vacation. Will have to buy a new suitcase now to get home.

Love this suitcase! I bought the same one a few years ago for my kiddo. When I needed another for my next kid, there was no doubt I wanted this suit case again.

The handle jammed and subsequently broke off while trying to get it unstuck. Overall it was lower quality than I expected, but the handle was an obvious deal breaker.

Very nice sleek bag. Nice comprtments inside. The handle is a tiny bit shaky but still works really well.

perfect for carryon suitcases. fits the allowed size as well
