Handle broke the first time I used it. Its stuck and I cant pull it up. Really disappointed because otherwise its a great little suitcase.

We bought this for a trip to Europe as it fits the requirements for a carry-on in Europe. We have 2 of these. They were dragged around Europe for over 2 weeks and have held up well. We had no problems. The wheels held up well and were easy to push/pull around. You can also squish a lot of clothes in these things!

I took this suitcase with me around the world and it did wonderfully. It fit in the American Airlines overhead compartment without issue. It was able to hold all the clothes I needed, and an extra pair of shoes. I packed it well before leaving, and after buying more clothes while on vacation, I stuffed them in there as well. I stuffed this suitcase so much, and without using the expander zipper, that one side of the luggage simply bulged outward. The bulge went away when the suitcase was empty, so no worries there. All the zippers are very strong, something I worried about when over packing the thing.

Purchased this bag to travel internationally and the handle broke almost immediately. It couldn’t be pulled up fully so the bag had to be pushed or carried. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Spend more money and get a better quality bag.

Love this suitcase! I bought the same one a few years ago for my kiddo. When I needed another for my next kid, there was no doubt I wanted this suit case again.

Great little suitcase EXCEPT the zipper broke half way through our vacation. Will have to buy a new suitcase now to get home.

Original penguin suitcases are of poor quality. I bought mine a year ago because it looked nice and I knew the brand.. After two bus trips the handle broke. Just got stuck. I contacted the company. First you need to answer a lot of questions, provide pictures and receipt. Then they promise that someone would contact you from the corporate office shortly. You remind them a couple of weeks later and they promise to call you soon. Then you give up and write this review on Amazon. I’m very disappointed.

Have used this 3 times traveling by air and it stood up well to the rigorous conditions luggage experiences with airline handling. Really smooth and balanced rolling and convenience features make this a great buy!

A traveler for over 35 yrs, believe Penguin products are some of the best available.

Nice looking suitcase but inner zipper ripped after only three months of traveling.
