After we used it we never bought anything else and it has always worked so well. We let his bottom dry completely, used a small amount and rubbed it on like lotion as the wound team told us and it worked like a miracle. Since its a skin barrier cream it basically prevented urine or feces from penetrating his skin. I wish I had known about this with my other children!
