> 24 hourThis is a great bag! I honestly brain farted that it is a convertible bag and thought I was just buying a laptop shoulder bag. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the straps hidden in a pocket on the side of the bag that turn it into a backpack. This bag has a TON of pockets too, there are 3 large pockets in the main portion of the bag and then about 7 or 8 others spread on the other portions of the bag, meaning if you like to be super organized when you travel it is easy to keep everything separated. I like the back pack straps more than the shoulder strap since they have padding. That would be the only thing I can think of that could make the bag better, add a padded strap for the shoulder. Great bag and way nicer looking than my old backpack!

> 24 hourJust got this for a trip to Europe next week as I wanted something with a sturdy cross-chest strap for comfort and security. So havent put it through the travel test yet but on first glance this looks perfect. The zippers look well made and dont seem snag-prone, and the fabric of the bag is sturdy without seeming too heavy. And the leather accents are nice. Lots of pockets for different items, plus the two main compartments including one for a laptop or tablet that secures with a snap button. Exactly what I wanted, and expected. Price is right.
