I had to replace my hard drive in my XPS 15, and decided to upgrade the RAM while I had the laptop open. Im a fan so far. Its not a night and day difference (went from 8gb to 16gb), but it gives me some peace of mind knowing my laptop can handle the bigger projects down the road.

Received a 3200 mhz module with 22 latency but my system only supports 2400mhz so its working fine. I paired this with Hynix 8gb 2400mhz and no problem at all, system runs perfectly in Dual channel, games run a bit faster.

After I spent 20 minutes taking the cover off of my Lenovo Thinkpad E490s, the RAM fit easily and slid into the slot easily. Im so excited I made this purchase. The performance on my laptop has improved greatly.

If you want to upgrade your laptop ram then blindly buy this. Before buying please check the existing ram speed and type in task manager. Its just a plug and play.
