Crucial website gave me this set number to upgrade my hp pavilion and they guaranteed they would work and they do. What a noticeable performance upgrade compared to the 12gb mismatch that came OEM.

Works as advertised.

I used this in my HP Pavilion 15 cw1xxx laptop and it worked flawlessly. It’s being used along side the 8gb SkHynix stick that came with my laptop. I bought this to not only increase my overall memory in my system, but to also run dual channel ram to help my Ryzen 5 3500u’s graphics performance for gaming. Using dual channel ram really helps APUs as it doubles the bandwidth to system memory allowing the CPU to feed more info to the graphics at a time. Although it’s not as good as having dedicated graphics, I was able to run most lighter titles I play at 1080p rather than 720p like I was previously. It’s great for overall system performance as well, but I definitely recommend if you’re looking to run dual channel ram to increase graphics performance in a laptop APU.

What more can I say? It does it what its supposed to do.
