> 3 dayDownloaded cloning software for Crucial and cloned existing laptop 1 TB HDD (with USB to SATA cable in USB 3.0 port). After transfer was complete, watched a video on how to swap out my model of laptop HDD for Crucial SSD and then replaced my HDD myself. Now my laptop boots up in 2 minutes instead of 10. I should have upgraded to SSD 3 years ago.

> 3 dayIts not a huge SSD but more than enough for a boot drive and working from. I have a separate storage drive which dont have to be SSD.

> 3 dayThe first Crucial 2TB BX500 SSD was not recognized by my computer. After spending a couple of hours unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot the issue, I called Crucial tech support. The tech had me try several things and then sent me a patch, he was sure would solve the problem. It didn’t. He then wanted me to make some changes in my computer’s bios, which I didn’t want to do. I asked him if this was a normal issue with the SSD. He didn’t think so. After almost an hour, I said enough and decided to return the drive to Amazon.
