Purchased this new drive to replace an older drive bought on October 11, 2019, the Crucial P1 1TB 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD - CT1000P1SSD8, which claimed “UP TO” 2000 MB/s write/ and 1400 read speeds. It actually clocked at 1576 MB/s write and 1190 MB/s read speeds.

This thing is awesome. I had games downloaded in a matter of a few minutes. I’ve had no issues so far. Super fast!

I used it as a data drive, adding to the stock drive so my laptop has 2.5TB SSD storage.
