Dont know why Dell only offers 12GB of RAM. These days OS and all the apps running in the background consume more and more RAM. I only needed a ultra-small Phillips screwdriver ... and YouTube. :)

The item received does not match the item picture shown on the listing. The picture shows the item I wanted (8 GB with 8 chips 1r x 8). The one I received only has 4 chips so the slower/cheaper 1r x 16 version!!!!! The overall 1 star rating is for the wrong product being shown. It was easy to install and no issue with the product as it works fine but just not the faster spec one I was expecting.

Achetées pour remplacer deux barrettes 8Go installées dorigine. Reconnues immédiatement par le pc portable ainsi que le logiciel de suivi de Dell. Installation de pilotes ou logiciels Crucial pas nécessaire. Je recommande ce produit.

J’ai changé mes rams 4go et 4go pour celle ci de 16go pour mon hp pavillon. facile à installer avec un petit tuto à coter. Ravie de mon achat.
