> 24 hourI am going on a Carnival cruise soon. The carnival luggage tags you get are printed at home on your home printer, just as Royal Caribbean and Celebrity are (I know the description only specifies those two carriers - but the process is the same for all ships, you print at home on a letter size paper and fold in thirds). In no way are these big enough to do that. I had to cut them down to size, and quite a bit at that. Then be prepared to really struggle to get them inside the plastic holder. But, the upside is that once you get them wedged in the plastic pocket, squeeze the zip lock top shut, and fasten them to your bag, you do have something more durable and waterproof. I struggled with whether to give three stars or four stars on this because I do plan on using them for my upcoming trip. Ultimately I landed on 4 stars, because it does offer more protection than just using the paper tag with tape.

> 24 hourThese work if you print your tags from NCL. If you use the ones mailed to you it’s too big. I ended up using the self printed luggage tags as you could read them better so this purchase worked. Haven’t gone on carnival so can’t speak to those types. These definitely would be too wide for the royal Caribbean luggage tags

> 24 hourExactly what I was hoping for. Good quality plastic and ties are well built. Be careful to order the right size. I got the wrong cruise line fit.

> 24 hourThese luggage tags come in two sizes depending upon the cruise line you are sailing on. Each cruise line generates luggage tags that identify the cruise line, the name of the ship, your cabin number and your name for the cruise you are booked on. It is the boarding pass for your luggage. The paper tags, once printed out, fit securely in the clear vinyl plastic window. It is then secured to your luggage by a steel ring the is secured by a threaded cable connector. Both the vinyl and steel cable with hasp seem like they will be very durable and hold up against rough baggage handling.

> 24 hourThese are WONDERFUL for cruising! They fit the cruise line luggage tags perfectly. They are made of sturdy plastic and a heavy duty metal cord to attached to my luggage. Much safer to use than taping or stapling the paper luggage tags to my suitcase. These come highly recommended on cruisecritic.com and have seen many other cruisers use them on previous vacations. Glad I finally have for our next trip!
