The hoop that suppose to go around the mirror isn’t elastic, but I love the quality of it

Its lovely. But you cant hanging from a rear view mirror because the loop is small.

This is sold as a car ornament, but you need to find a way to attach it yourself as the top isnt elastic or expandable. That being said, it is of good quality and looks just as pictured.
