This has come in so handy. You don’t know what to do with a newborn when they have their wake windows. This definitely gave me some great ideas.

Pretty awesome book with a lot of activities and milestones too look forward too. Gives you an idea on to what to expect and how your babys doing as far as development. A must for first time parents who wanna have a idea on to how there baby is developing and staying on a goid healthy path. Would of gived it 5 stars but only thing that kinda grinded my gear was that throughout the book it was referring to your baby as a she which is good if your baby indeed is a girl but if you have a boy then you kinda have to change up the words. Should of kept it neutral...

Save your money, you can get the same activities from a blog. This book is really disappointing. I thought it would have some creative things, but it makes the same suggestions as a free what to expect app, or pretty much any website on baby development. It directs you to use other things around your house, and very few of the cards contain props themselves. This is definitely not worth 40 bucks.

I’m a first time mom and find these cards really helpful. Ive spent endless hours researching what activities to do with my baby to make sure she meets milestones but finally turned to buying this product to have a quick place to look. The activities are great and the book itself is high quality. I especially like this for my husband. He’s not one to do research on what activities are age appropriate so I can just hand this over and say “here you go!” I purchased this for myself but I think it would be a great gift to give new parents.

I thought this book would give me great ideas of what to do with my baby during the day. It’s got lots of ideas but nothing really new that you wouldn’t already do with the baby. Tells you to talk and sing with the baby and do tummy time. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I like the concept of it. Rather than searching for activities suitable for my baby online I can just open the activity cards and choose. However, I am so disappointed in lack of proof reading on this! The word activity is misspelled on almost every card! I am not sure if I am missing something here but in the 0-3 months section, there are 10 activities and the word is misspelled on 7 of them. That kind of takes away from the credibility of it for me.

As a first time mom, I love these activity cards! When I was younger I never babysat or interacted with young children, so I didn’t really know how to play with a baby. With these cards, I am never at a loss for what to do! There are 40 total activities to help you engage your little one for the first year of life. The activity cards suggest an activity and let you know how preforming this activity assists in your baby’s development. They are broken down into the following categories: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, & 10-12. There are also milestone cards to help you gage if your little one is developing properly. I highly suggest buying these activity cards for first time parents, who are going to be sleep deprived and/or need some suggestions on how to spend quality educational time together with thier little one. I knocked off one star for a spelling error that I noticed, it says so tell her what’s going on arond her instead of around. Other than that, these activity cards are perfect!

Wadte if money i immediately returned! Seriously if you are a first time parent and don’t know what to do… search the internet! Watch videos, there are people that make videos on what activities to do with your baby! Save the money for quality toys!

Im guessing the typos got fixed because my book doesnt have them. The cards have been such a great tool for my husband and me as we welcomed our first born, she is now 11 months, and we started doing the activities with her as soon as we got home from the hospital. I love how they reinforce their current stage of development, in a way that helped me keep up with what she could do as she was growing, which happened super fast (for example I didnt realize that she could hold her head on her own until I saw it in the cards: I was still holding her head as if she was a newborn, and she was almost 3 months old; I realize these things might be common sense to someone else, but they werent for me). As soon as I saw in the book that she would be able to do it, it took a day of doing the activities for her to figure out how to hold her head without our support. I really recommend them.

This is a very cool tool. It hasnt been used lately, but when it first arrived, my daughter was very into doing the activities with her daughter.
