> 3 dayHonestly, I am not upset about the product itself. The product was what I expected and what I needed. I am however very VERY upset at the condition of the product. Upon opening the box I found the mount to be incredibly scuffed up and the box it was in was beat to hell. If I was not moving in one day and needed this mount to pull my trailer I would send it back and buy from someone else. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the state of this product!!!

> 3 dayProduct was promised in one week, arrived the next day. Looks as described. The only downside is that on half the length of the 2 square section inside there is no powder coating, leading to rust. This is probably not an issue, but would have been nice to apply an e-coat to reach those areas before the powder coating. Powder coating was flawless, ball factory torqued. Assembled in the USA (of some or all foreign components).
