Remote control was a great bonus, as I had to plug these in begging a dresser and wouldn’t have been able to manually control. My kids love them as a soft night/reading light. Haven’t been able to get any effective dimming as the remote suggests might be able to. The twinkle settings would probably be great as a party decoration, but they are too rapid and intense to use in the kids bedroom at night, so we just stick to the steady on setting.

This item was lovely until I turned it on. First of all, do NOT order this product if you have epilepsy or any sensitivity to flashing lights. Whenever you turn it on, it starts over at function one, and the steady on setting is #8, so you have to click through every single setting one at a time, and trust me, they are unpleasant. I dont know what the remote is for because it doesnt seem to correlate with the lights at all. There is no steady-on setting for the remote, and theres no guide for the remote. If it hadnt taken me over an hour to install the damn thing, I would have tried to return these lights. Save yourself and find another set.

Strung these across an old fishing shed on the deck and made something less than attractive so pretty Need a few.strands but reasonably priced .

I purchased them for Christmas but love them so much I’m not taking them down.

Im trying to fix these but definitely not well made at all. They were pretty when first used but alas, they didnt last.

My daughter received these as a Christmas gift, and she hung them up along her entire back wall behind her bed. They covered a good amount of space and lit nicely. Unfortunately, 3 months to the day, they stopped working. We have no idea why, but changing out batteries doesnt help, and we cant get them to work any longer. For this reason, I wouldnt recommend, as there are likely options that wont die out after only a few months of use.
