Have nit used my daughter dud. Tax removed it and placed inside luggage? All ok.

It ended up being big bc it didnt need to stretch very much, it didnt even last the whole trip it overstretched & went over the wheels making it impossible to roll my luggage. Ended up throwing it out mid trip.
