Convenient and handy especially for crumbs on countertops

Its cute to look and and battery life is good but thats about the extent of the good i have to say. I have a craft room table which ends up with glitter on it at times, this thing does not pick up glitter. It blows it around on the table. The suction on it is not good at all. It also does not come with “real” instructions for putting batteries in…took me forever to figure it out. Would not waste the money.

My wife thought it was a dumb purchase initially (she slapped me for wasting $$) but she’s since come around and likes it. I use this bad boy (bug) as the first step before cleaning my quartz countertops every night. It sucks up all the crumbs/spices before I bust out the cleaning spray and microfiber towel. Battery life is great….I’ve been using mine multiple times a day for a month on my first set of Duracells.

This is a great little handheld vacuum for teeny tiny cleanup. I wouldnt recommend using it with glitter first off, because when you take the top off to empty it its just going to end up getting the glitter everywhere. But for crumbs or tiny scraps of paper if you or your child are crafting or keeping at your desk at work I think its excellent. I keep one of these at our coffee table for when we occasionally eat there or snack time, theres also crafts that are done there so its nice to just have around. Plus the design I picked is cute. We also have another one that is black that is kept in the home office, and that comes in more handy than you think. Even if you dont snack at your desk you just end up with little things around your keyboard or on your desk and I love having it around for easy cleanup. I would not recommend getting this though for a child thats under maybe 7 years old. I just feel like they might be too aggressive with it or try to vacuum up some things with a tiny motor that it really doesnt need to. Plus taking it off and putting it back on would be a little cumbersome for smaller hands, so just keep in mind that if you did want to encourage a child to use it for their own cleanup, it would need to be supervised and you definitely want to test what it can and cant pick up first. I would not use this on carpet and if you use it on a couch or blanket material unless its very flat and not fluffy its not going to work.

I thought I did not have a motor. Someone helped me find that you have to twist off the bug part to get to the motor and insert the batteries.

Being able to use this cute vaccum has done wonders cleaning my WFH desk. It’s powerful and gets things done.

Update: After I wrote the review below, the company reached out to follow-up. I really appreciated their great customer service so I added a couple stars. I recommend this seller who stands behind their product, but I can’t recommend this particular product since mine did not work properly. Original: I hoped this would be a cute little tool to clean up crumbs off the table. Unfortunately, it spews half the crumbs right back out. The bottom portion that catches the crumbs does not fit tightly so they just fall right back out. Further, the crumbs that stay in collect along the ‘seal’ and when you try to empty the collector, it makes a mess. The suction is barely able - it picks up small crumbs but nothing with any substance. I regret this purchase.

This is a great little vacuum. The main thing I didnt like is that the instructions came written in Chinese. IIt would be difficult for someone purchasing this product who cant get to an electronic device to read the instructions in English.

its cute it doesnt have a very strong suction. I prefer the mushroom one.
