24-11-2024I have had these for 2 months and so far my 3 year old has not figured out how to open them and the adults in my house has not broken them. I say it is a win so far.

> 3 dayWould recommend purchasing! Ive been looking everywhere for some simple and easy childproof locks and finally found the perfect ones! They are super, super easy to install: you just slide one piece into the other piece and it clicks. Then whenever you need something from the cupboard you pinch the sides and it slides right off! I am honestly going to purchase more for my sons grandparents house soon. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

> 3 dayI bought these because my beloved cats are tiny jerks that like to pull down towels, chew through bread wrappers, and push out plates and cups so they can use the spot as their own personal shelf. They work great, I just wish it was a tad bit easier to open. Unlike babies, my cats dont have opposable thumbs, so making it that difficult to open isnt necessary for us. I wish there was a separate market for pet owners, but these serve their purpose well.

> 3 dayThis product is a life saver. One parent has dementia and at times, digs in knife drawer. Not any more! Even with all the pulling and tugging on the drawers and cabinets, product hasnt snapped off. Happy with the product and the peace of mind.

> 3 daySimple little guys, but you get what you pay for. They are annoying to open, so if youre using the cabinet often, splurge on something nicer.

24-11-2024I bought these for some of the lower cabinets in our kitchen. Each lock has two parts: The first is a long U shape, and other is a clip mechanism. The U-shape has triangular teeth (not sharp) on the back side. As you slide the clip over the legs of the U, the teeth snap in, locking the clip in place. To take it off, you pinch the clip and the teeth disengage, allowing you to slide off the clip. I tried one as a test, and tightened it down. There was still enough room for small hands to get in the cabinet, so I tightened further, locking the whole mechanism tightly against the door handles. When I tried to release the lock, it was very difficult to disengage because of how tight it was against the handles. After removing it (took a couple minutes) I found a better position that allowed a snug fit without the risk of my toddlers fingers getting pinched. I think these are an excellent product, but they do take a little bit of testing to find the right tightness for your handles.
