They do come in a plastic pouch with a plastic snap. The pouch lasted only a few days of use before it split. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect the usage.

Greater than one weekI was super happy with the 1st set so I decided to purchase a second set. I was in the middle of a pedicure when I realized that the new set was subpar quality. I am returning and may purchase again to see if its a fluke. See the photos great set is on the left, the one Im returning is on the right. Looks like the curved end wasnt fully shaved down so its dull. The pusher end is uneven. You can also see differences in the logo Please go back to the other manufacturer! The new one quality is not good.
