I bought this for an international trip. It seems to be sturdy so far and holds a lot! I was able to pack all my electronics, purse, sweater, clear toiletry bag, and neck pillow in this backpack.

If you want a decent backpack for under $40, and are not too particular, this may be a good option. I am super particular about my pack. I also loved the last one and have put many travel miles on it over the last 15 years until I finally had to let it go - seams are coming apart and the handle is about to come off - and they dont make that style anymore. I was looking for a good replacement to carry my laptop, organize my work stuff, carry a few clothes (for short trips). My main issue with this pack was the uncomfortable fit when it was filled (with my laptop (only 1) and clothes). The way the straps are designed, it puts pressure at the base of my neck in an uncomfortable way causing pain after only wearing it a short time. So I would have to take it off a lot, and carry it by the handle - which defeats the purpose of having a backpack. I dont see how this can be my go-to travel pack. In my old pack, I have often carried 2 computers, clothes, etc with no issue, no pain - and it was pretty heavy. No chance that could happen for me with this pack. For me it doesnt work, so I had to return it. I would rather put my $40 toward a better quality pack. IMO, Pros: TSA design for laptop will hold a reasonable amount of stuff has lots of pockets, including a security pocket on backside has a strap to fit over your rolling suitcase (although I didnt use this feature) Cons: Uncomfortable fit (puts too much pressure at base of my neck causing pain) shoulder straps do not have much padding so doesnt alleviate the uncomfortable fit Lots of flap pockets but no ability to organize within the pockets - so all my stuff just slides around in them and gets mixed up - which I do not like. Everything inside the pack is black - making it hard (to see) to find things - its like looking into a black hole. The two side zip pockets (by the water bottle holder) only somewhat useful - pockets are small and the opening even smaller - so a bit disappointing when I tried to use them. If I put something in there - I cant see what it is (if I dont recall what I put in there) and it can be hard to get stuff out with the small opening.

wow this thing is big! I fit a 16macbook, 16dell laptop, two cell phones along with various other electronics and two water bottles in the backpack...with room to spare! Great pack for a travelling techie!

After buying 6 bags and returning on Amazon because shoulder straps were to short or bag was smaller then the website description I finally stumbled upon this gem of a bag on Amazon. Really thought it was gonna be my 7th return. Boy was I wrong. This Bag is definitely what I was looking for. Im 63 and 330lbs. If I was seller I would label this bag big and tall well atleast for the 18.4 inch version. Extra room. Feels comfortable on my back. Plenty of pockets. well crafted. Feels very quality. Smooth and solid zippers. Added a sturdy chest strap to bag I also purchased on Amazon. All for under $60. Couldnt be happier. Many thanks to the seller.
