Greater than one weekThese are a must-have in the hot and humid deep southeast. I keep one in each of my closets to protect my clothing and other items from the damp and mildew. They collect the moisture out of the air very effectively.

> 3 dayReally moist here in the Pacific NW and these work great in rooms that are damp. I use the hangers in closets and these on shelves keeping away from my cats just in case.

> 3 dayI use several of these in an antique house that gets very damp. They collect the moisture, keeping the house dry. Water collects in the bottom. I change them about every 4-6 weeks in the summer. I prefer the unscented.

> 3 dayWe tried these in our laundry room and I do notice a difference. It’s a very musty room in the basement of out house, and we use a dehumidifier regularly but we can never seem to get rid of that basement smell. This product actually made it smell more pleasant in the laundry room, I was skeptical at first but I do notice a difference. It’s a larger area, so I don’t know how effective it is at absorbing moisture, but it certainly had made the air fresher.
