Used one time and it cracked. Do not recommend.

Genuinely surprised to see such low reviews for this luggage set. Ive had it since 2019 and it has gone on several family vacations. I dont know that this would be heavy duty enough for frequent fliers but weve taken this set from Ohio to Texas and Ohio to Florida and back round trip air travel. Countless weekend trips/road trips/overnights to grandmas. I have no complaints, the handles/wheels/zippers function just as well as when we first got them. The exterior has held up and looks nice. I would confidently give this set as a gift or purchase more if we needed additional space. I appreciate how lightweight the pieces are when empty, makes storing simple

I missed the return day by 2 days. I was out of country and the luggage set was a disappointment. One wheel broke on the first leg of our trip and I had to fight the bag at every airport transfer. The large suitcase seemed to have its own mind where it wanted to go and was a constant fight to get from point A to point B.

Zipper broke first time it was used. Very very disappointed in durability

Baggage handlers are always rushed and are not the most gentile handlers so corners are the most susceptible to damage.

I am highly disappointed. The wheel broke the first time I traveled with this bag. I previously had this same brand for 6 years and replaced it due to wear and tear and was surprised to know the quality was not the same.

Suitcases seem sturdy - nice color. Good sizes. Spinner wheels are easy to navigate.

Used it once for a round trip domestic travel was fine. Used for second time through Europe, about 4 flights and the large bag is already broken, the wheel bends in when wheeling it - the weight was 51 lbs which it should be able to hold with no problem, but now i need to figure out how to replace. The outside hardshell is also dented in several spots - its cheap plastic.

I bought this luggage to take on an 18 day cruise with my hubby, celebrating our 50th anniversary. The luggage was perfect. The color allowed us to id it quickly in the load and unload fiascos on port, the expansion function was very valuable and THE WHEELS are a lifesaver. So much easier to push/pull bags rather than lift or carry. I love them!
