First trip used and the wheel broke and there is a big dent in the top corner of the luggage.

These look beautiful and are easy to pick out among the other luggage coming out. It did have scuff marks on the corners after the very first airline trip.

Zipper broke first time it was used. Very very disappointed in durability

I was nervous about buying these at first, but I’m glad I did.

The product is very light, wheels easily, and a good price. The first set we ordered for a gift arrived with one corner of the largest luggage piece crushed in. Amazon sent a replacement quickly and we packed the suitcases for travel. At our first destination, the largest piece was cracked 6 inches and a corner dinged in. We had to duct tape it for the remainder of our trip while it accumulated more dings and pushed in areas. By the end of our several destination, the smallest carry-on piece also acquired a small crack and pushed in corner. We are very disappointed and will be returning the set.

This is my first experience using hardshell luggage as I normally use fabric suitcases and I was really impressed with the quality of this set. First the wheels spin like a dream, so you can easily maneuver it and it glides so smooth. The zippers to me are kinda funky since they start underneath when the suitcase it standing up but it makes sense when the suitcase it laying flat because it totally opens. I love that there is an enclosed option when packing. I packed all of our intimates and shoes and zipped them shut and when our vacation was over I was able to use that side for dirty clothes and kept them separate from our clean clothes. Such a clever idea. It has a usb port on the side that you can plug your phone into to charge it and the handles pull up easily and includes a handle on the side to carry it vertically as well. Overall a great set. Highly recommend

Used it once for a round trip domestic travel was fine. Used for second time through Europe, about 4 flights and the large bag is already broken, the wheel bends in when wheeling it - the weight was 51 lbs which it should be able to hold with no problem, but now i need to figure out how to replace. The outside hardshell is also dented in several spots - its cheap plastic.

The size of the suitcases are perfect for what I need.

Purchased these for a wedding gift, so they were not opened within the 30 day time frame to return if needed. One suitcase was missing . And when the couple used the big suitcase , the zipper broke.
