I was looking for a watch that would help me with my training and this one seemed great to me because it is easy to use and very comfortable, it also has excellent sound quality, it has exceeded my expectations.

The installation app was a terrible failure and waste of time. It refused to accept both of my legitimate credit cards after I meticulously entered the data. A complete waste of time and I returned the merchandise.

I actually could not believe what I paid for this item. It is so affordable that it costs more for me to fill up my car. Loads of functionality is packed into this device. Connecting was a little tricky for me initially with my Samsung phone, but I figured it out after reading the instructions. The pairing immediately corrected the time and date to my phone time. I needed to download their app first and then connect my phone to the app and Bluetooth. The speaker and microphone work pretty well. The touch screen is responsive and easily viewable. The look of this smartwatch is sleek and may fool casual viewers that you have an Apple watch. I like that you get two swappable band options included. The ability for the watch to monitor my pulse was very useful. This is such a nice smartwatch at such a terrific price that it would make a wonderful gift for yourself, family, or friends, who dont already have a smartwatch. It will connect to either an Android device or Apple device, so pretty much all your bases are covered there. It also has the highest waterproof rating, ip68, for consumer devices so you can take it underwater while swimming and dont have to fear any damage if it gets wet while raining. Pretty much all the features listed for this product are as advertised. No complaints at all and this is truly a great bang for your buck.

I bought one for my oldest son. He liked it, and I decided to buy another one for my other son. Not only does the watch monitor his heartbeat and the number of steps taken, but it also has many features to customize what the watch looks like. This is a must-have product for those who want more in a watch than just tell the time.

Spent 2 hours trying to set this up with the app after scanning the image, downloading the app and changing all the permissions. Would not connect to my phone. Then I saw steps already in there and realized I was sent someones used watch. Fitbit may be more expensive but its a 5 minute set up process... returning this...very disappointed!!!
